Our response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been to ensure all our staff in the UK, USA and India are equipped for home-working and are fully aware of the need to comply with all their national government restrictions on social distancing, travel etc. We foresee no interruption to services and ask our customers to continue logging support requests via our Customer Login.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has published interim guidance to laboratories and stakeholders involved in COVID-19 virus laboratory testing of patients.
